Shipping
When will my order ship?
Our 3PL aims to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days. Our fulfillment center operates on the east coast and will fulfill orders based on ET working hours.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders made on the east coast can arrive in as little as 2-3 business days. On average, expect orders to take 4-7 business days to arrive.
Can I change my order?
Due to how quickly we process and ship orders (typically fulfilled in 1 business day), we cannot guarantee changes if the items have already been shipped out. Please reach out to admin@meranyc.com to see if the order has not shipped and a cancellation is possible.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer express shipping (1-2 business days) as well as standard shipping (3-4 business days) in the USA.
Do you ship internationally?
No, for our first launch as small business, we are prioritizing selling in the USA. Please stay up to date with us to learn when and where we expand into globally.
Returns
What is your online returns & exchanges policy?
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your new shoes. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We offer free exchanges for all online orders and easy returns for a $14 handling fee on our returns platform (powered by Loop). Note that sales at ROOME New York are final sale.
Eligibility
- We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, undamaged footwear in original condition.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Returns and exchanges must include all original packaging (including dust bags, inserts, and box).
Returns
- We charge a flat $14 handling fee on returns which will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will also be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Free Exchanges
- Free exchanges are offered for the same style in a different size or color (subject to availability).
- If the requested exchange is unavailable, please select the option for a refund instead.
- Exchanges will be shipped out upon us receiving the return & an inspection of returned products, please allow 1 business day for us to inspect returns.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Please click here "Returns & Exchanges" to access our returns and exchange portal (powered by Loop).
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Please drop off the shipment to the designated carrier within 7 business days of the label being generated.
- Items sent back to us without prior authorization may experience delays.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, damaged, or altered shoes cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I care for my nappa leather?
The Nappa leather we use for our products is very easy to maintain and clean. You may use water and gentle soap to spot clean your shoes.
Will the Napa leather soften and fit better?
Yes, our chosen leather should soften with wear and mold to your feet as you continue to wear the shoes.
